The experience in general was good but not awesome and the reason is because there is not clear signage of the train details, and multiple employees send me to different places. In the other hand the experience inside the train was awesome, very confortable, clean and on time.
We bought the tickets in the airport, but it took a while to receive the tickets. "Luckily" the train was delayed and there were a bit chaos in the airport station. It is easier to buy direct when travelling only by one train from the airport to a station
Easy to book and change Fair price Very quick journey

On time departure Easy access to the platform Clean trains
easy to navigate. quick service to the airport with no traffic!
I was not able to use the tickets as I did not receive them in time to take the train I booked. Had to book another ticket on a different platform to ensure I got to the airport on time for my flight. Will probably not use this service again and will request a refund through my Credit Card company
I arrived 20 minutes early and took the earlier Leonardo express (asking the hostess at the gate if it was possible and she replied positively) on board they charged me the 5 euro surcharge!!!! Shame!!!! You should have warned

I didn't have one, because my phone didn't pick up the internet at the crucial moment.
By mistake, I took an earlier train and was charged a 5-euro surcharge.

A nice and easy way to buy train tickets to avoid the queue's at the airport. Our train was on time and everything ran smoothly.
Easy ticket purchase, great connections, friendly staff and clean trains. The only thing that wasn't right was the departure platform, but logically this can change at short notice

There's no need for a detailed commentary. The Leonardo Express is the best way to get from Stazione Termini to Fiumicino, and I use it every time I need to get to the airport from Termini. This time I bought the ticket via Headout to avoid the ticket machines. I'll use Headout again if I have to go to Fiumicino next year. It's much more convenient than an automat, at least for me. The easiest and fastest way to travel to Rome from the airport, it is very close and leaves you in the center, there are many buses to then reach your destination, the truth is that I was surprised by the transportation issue, very easy, cheap and accessible.

It was easy to buy online and once we got to the station we were able to antecipate to an earlier train with help from one of your very polite attendants.
The train ride was fine. The track was confusing because apparently there were other tracks further down from the same track the Leonardo Exp traveled on making it confusing to know where to go
Never got train before from airport, and will never not get the train again. Bought ticket at station when arrived in Rome and bought online for return. Reliable and incredible value
I had to pay an extra 5€ because I took a train earlier than the one in the ticket. I find this absurd!

Due to a previously cancelled train, our service was extremely overcrowded. My 11-year-old son was nearly pushed between the train and the platform by an older gentleman. There were no staff members present on the platform to support passengers or manage the crowd, which made the situation quite dangerous. Fortunately, we were able to find seats on board, and the remainder of our journey was pleasant, at least for us.
The track number was only displayed at the last moment, two minutes before the train was due to arrive, so this was a source of stress for us, not knowing if we were in the right place and with few agents available on site or unrecognizable among the crowd. Magnificent train, very comfortable, fast and although we left 10 minutes late, we arrived on time.

Better than standing in line at the train station ticket kiosk. Only thing that would make it better is to provide instant tickets, we had to wait 20 mins to confirm the tickets.
We were staying not far from the Termini Roma, so it was a quick, cheaper, As I had not been to Rome for many, many years it was definitely the easiest way to navigate the distance from the airport to the city. safer way to get to and from the airport. Lots of room for luggage.
Ease of getting to the train and convenience of online booking and payment

Easy to buy! Just be clear that with the voucher you have to go straight to one of the points and not exchange the voucher for tickets!

It was an exciting experience. We did a full tour of Rome and managed to see most of the sights. Then we did another tour by getting off at some stops- Colosseum and Vatican!

The route is well thought out! However, the stops are far apart. The buses are old and uncomfortable! The drivers are not friendly!
